Workforce Readiness
In May 2017, we launched Jobs For Life (JFL), to work with those in need to find dignity and purpose through meaningful work. Training consists of resume writing, computer literacy, interviewing skills, and job training to assist participants to secure employment and become productive citizens of our community. We work with target employers and the local One Stop career Centers to secure employment.

The Community Improvement Association of the Oranges (CIAO) is a 501c3 community outreach organization located in Orange, New Jersey. Our mission is to meet the needs of families in the community by offering services to better the quality of life for the individual and the community.
